In the past year a group of individuals who know Joe and have played golf with him made a decision to help Joe to embark on a professional golf career. He has played on the tours in Ontario and has succeeded very well as can be seen in the About Joe section. It is time for him to take his talent to a better more lucrative tour. In order to do this he needs to have additional funding.

We, along with Joe decided to enter him into the Tarheel Tour which is centralized in the North Carolina region. The main reasons for choosing this tour are that all the events (there are 23 events) are in easy reach of a central point which cuts down on expenses for hotels and travel. Also, there are some Nationwide events in the area and Joe will join in the Monday qualifiers. The last reason is that the Q-school is in the area. Joe would be accustomed to the golfers and conditions of the golf courses which would be of benefit in his attempt to qualify..

In order to do this we have started selling shares in Joe. The shares have a price of $50.(fifty) dollars. The people who are selling the shares are John Edwards, Colin McIntyre, Anthony Smith and Philip Pacey. Their phone numbers are listed below. The funds are to be used to enter Joe into the events of the tour, pay for living expenses and any travel expenses that occur. There has been a budget established and the details can be obtained from any of the gentlemen above. Those people who purchase shares will be issued a share certificate that we believe will reap benefits for them as shareholders. The length of the proposed share purchase will be three years.

Other things that we are doing, we are setting up the shares so that they can be purchased on e-bay. We are also intending on having a golf tournament in the early summer of 2007to help raise funds.
